クラウンはクラシカルなティアドロップ型。サイドクラウンが垂直に立ち上がっているのも特徴で、無骨ながらも堂々とした雰囲気を醸し出します。
トップには「もどり」と呼ばれる凸型の膨らみを持たせることで、安定したホールド感を実現。硬めに仕上げられているため、最初はやや被りにくさを感じるかもしれませんが、使い込むほどに頭の形に馴染んでいきます。
現代において、日本国内で紳士帽子を専門に製造できる工場はごく僅か。こちらのハットは、その貴重な工場の一つで、1950年代のアメリカで主流であった、金型によるカチッとした成形を基本として作られています。当時の紳士帽の製法を忠実に受け継ぎ、堅牢な仕上がりとなっています。
素材には通常のウールよりきめ細やかで艶のある高級なアンテロープ仕上げされたウールを使用。ラビットファー帽体の中で最高品質で、毛足が短いものに起毛処理が行われているものをアンテロープといい、ラビットファーの滑らかな風合いをウールで忠実に再現しました。
ブリムは7cmのフラットブリム。先端にパイピングを施したバウンドエッジブリムに仕上げ、高級感のある印象に。
リボンには端(通称"耳")がきめ細やかに成形された、特別な紳士用リボンを採用。低速でしか織り上げることができず、さらに多くの工程で熟練職人の手作業を必要とする贅沢な逸品です。その美しい仕上がりは、量産品では決して味わえない、格別の存在感を放ちます。
クラウン周りにはゴムで固定されたウィンドキャッチャーが付属。当時はハットが風で飛ばされたり、移動の際に落ちたりしないように、ジャケットやシャツのフラワーホールにボタンを通して使用されていました。このウィンドキャッチャーは、実用性だけでなく、さりげないワンポイントとして全体の印象を引き締める役割も果たします。
スベリには植物の皮や幹、葉、実などに含まれるタンニン（渋）を皮に染み込ませてなめす製法のタンニンなめしをしたカウレザーを使用。収縮が少なく堅牢で、使い込むほどに頭の形に馴染み、深い色合いに変化していきます。

The crown features a classic teardrop shape. The vertical rise of the side crown is also a distinctive feature, creating a rugged yet dignified impression.
The convex bulge at the top, known as "modori," provides a stable and secure fit. The hat may feel slightly stiff at first, but it gradually conforms to the shape of the wearer's head with use.
Today, there are only a handful of factories in Japan that specialize in manufacturing men's hats. This hat is made in one of these rare factories, based on the traditional 1950s American style of stiff, mold-shaped hats. It faithfully inherits the manufacturing methods of that era, resulting in a robust and durable finish.
The material used is a luxurious antelope-finished wool, which is finer and more lustrous than regular wool. Among rabbit fur felts, antelope is considered the highest quality, referring to short-napped rabbit fur that has been brushed. This wool faithfully recreates the smooth texture of rabbit fur.
The brim is a 7cm flat brim. The bound edge, finished with piping on the edge, gives a luxurious impression.
The hatband uses a special men's ribbon with finely formed edges (commonly known as "ears"). This ribbon can only be woven at a low speed and requires extensive handwork by skilled artisans, making it a truly luxurious item. Its beautiful finish exudes a distinctive presence that cannot be found in mass-produced hats.
A windcatcher, secured with elastic, is attached around the crown. In the past, this was used by buttoning it through the flower hole of a jacket or shirt to prevent the hat from being blown off by the wind or falling off during travel. This windcatcher is not only practical but also serves as a subtle accent that sharpens the overall impression.
The sweatband is made of vegetable-tanned cow leather, a tanning method that uses tannins (astringent plant compounds) found in bark, trunks, leaves, and fruits to soak into the leather. This leather is less prone to shrinkage, robust, and will mold to the shape of the head and deepen in color with use.
