US.NAVYのユニフォームとして着用されていたセーラーハットをベースに作製した、THE H.W.DOG&CO.のオリジナル型SAILOR HAT。

シンプルな形だからこそ、素材と製法にこだわり、ヴィンテージの雰囲気を残しながら現代的に仕上げています。

ブリムに施されたステッチは、刺繍や機械によるものではなく、職人が一つ一つ手作業で縫い上げたものです。
均一な美しさではなく、手仕事ならではの表情を持たせています。

本体にはワッシャー加工を施したコットン×ナイロンの混合生地を使用。
ブリム先端のパイピングには、綿ヘンプのギャバ生地を採用しています。

軽く、さらりとした素材感で、季節を問わず着用できる仕上がりです。

古いワークウェアやユニフォームに見られる無駄のない佇まいを残しながら、THE H.W.DOG&CO.らしい素材使いと手仕事で仕上げた一品です。

Based on the sailor hats worn as part of the U.S. Navy uniform, this is THE H.W.DOG&CO.’s original SAILOR HAT design.

Precisely because of its simple shape, we’ve paid meticulous attention to the materials and craftsmanship, creating a modern finish that retains a vintage feel.

The stitching on the brim is not done by machine or embroidery; instead, it is sewn by hand, one stitch at a time, by skilled artisans.
Rather than uniform perfection, it features the unique character that comes from handcrafted work.

The body is made from a washed cotton-nylon blend fabric.
The piping at the tip of the brim is crafted from cotton-hemp gabardine.

With its lightweight, smooth texture, this hat is designed to be worn year-round.

While retaining the clean, uncluttered aesthetic found in vintage workwear and uniforms, this piece is finished with THE H.W.DOG&CO.’s signature use of materials and handcrafted details.
