RAILROAD CAP - Gray

かつて鉄道員や整備士がユニフォームとして着用していたキャップをモチーフに製作。
着用時、ブリムを上げることで視界が広がり、作業しやすくなるという機能性から、ブリムの柔らかさが特徴的です。

クラウンは6パネルのクレイジーパターンで構成し、縫製はデニムパンツやペインターパンツに使われる巻き縫いのチェーンステッチで強度を高めました。

ボディにはオーガニックのコットンフランネル生地を使用し、ふんわりとした質感をプラス。
ブリム裏にはコットンツイルを使用することでボディ生地とのまとまり感を演出しました。

フロントはプレーンに、バックには今回のコレクションのコンセプトである、"NEW YORK"を彷彿とさせる「 1929-94-1024 wall's ww1 Black Thursday 」の文字をプリントしたデザインです。

内側にサイズ調節テープが付くデザインに仕上げ、3size展開で調節機能付きとなっています。

Inspired by the caps once worn as uniforms by railroad workers and mechanics.
Its soft brim is a key feature, designed for functionality: lifting it while wearing the cap widens your field of vision and makes work easier.

The crown is constructed with a 6-panel crazy pattern, reinforced with chain stitching—a technique used in denim and painter pants—for enhanced durability.

The body uses organic cotton flannel fabric, adding a soft, fluffy texture.
Cotton twill lining the brim creates cohesion with the body fabric.

The front is plain, while the back features a print evoking the collection's concept, “NEW YORK”: “1929-94-1024 wall's ww1 Black Thursday”.

The design includes an internal size adjustment tape, offering three sizes with an adjustable fit.
