8パネルのクラシックなキャスケットをベースにSturdy Luggage Supplyが裁断、縫製、仕上げまで行ったレザーキャスケット。

素材はベジタブルタンニンの国産ホースハイド。
世界的にも珍しい日本原産のホースハイドのヌメ革を使用しています。

製品後に1点1点手作業にて独特なムラ感が出るよう手染めすることで、ハンドメイドならではの不均一な染め感を表現しています。

着用していくことで、さらに深みを増し、それぞれ唯一無二の経年変化が楽しめるキャスケットとなっています。

紙タグは本体同様のブラウン染料で手染めした仕様で別途付属します。

※手染めのため、1点1点色味が異なります。

A leather casquette crafted entirely by Sturdy Luggage Supply—from cutting and sewing to finishing—based on a classic 8-panel design.

Made from domestically sourced vegetable-tanned horsehide.
We use Japanese-origin horsehide vegetable-tanned leather, rare even globally.

Each piece is hand-dyed after production to achieve a unique mottled effect, expressing the inherent irregularity of handmade dyeing.

Wearing it will deepen its character, allowing you to enjoy the unique aging process of each one-of-a-kind cap.

The paper tag is separately included, hand-dyed with the same brown dye as the cap.

*Due to hand-dyeing, each piece has a slightly different color.
