크라운은 클래식한 티어드롭형. 사이드 크라운 수직으로 일어나고 있는 것도 특징으로, 무골이면서도 당당한 분위기를 자아냅니다.

상단에는 '귀여움' 라고 불리는 볼록형의 팽창을 갖게 하는 것으로, 안정된 홀드감을 실현. 딱딱하게 마무리되어 있기 때문에 처음에는 약간 착용하기 어려움을 느낄지도 모릅니다만, 유용할 정도로 머리 모양에 익숙해 갑니다.

현대에 있어서, 일본 국내에서 신사 모자를 전문으로 제조할 수 있는 공장은 극히 소량. 이 모자는 귀중한 공장 중 하나로 1950 년대 미국에서 주류였던 금형에 의한 딸깍하는 성형을 기본으로 만들어져 있습니다. 당시의 신사 모자의 제법을 충실히 계승해, 견고한 마무리가 되고 있습니다.

소재에는 통상의 울보다 세밀하고 광택이 있는 고급의 앤텔로프 마무리된 울을 사용. 래빗 퍼 모체 중에서 최고 품질로, 모족이 짧은 것에 기모 처리가 행해지고 있는 것을 앤텔로프라고 하고, 래빗 퍼의 매끄러운 감촉을 울로 충실하게 재현했습니다.

브림은 7cm의 플랫 브림. 첨단에 파이핑을 한 바운드 엣지 브림으로 완성해, 고급감이 있는 인상에.

리본에는 끝(통칭 "귀")이 세밀하게 성형된 특별한 신사용 리본을 채용. 저속에서만 짜는 것이 가능하고, 더 많은 공정에서 숙련 장인의 수작업을 필요로 하는 호화스러운 일품입니다. 그 아름다운 마무리는 양산품으로는 결코 맛볼 수없는 각별한 존재감을 발합니다.

크라운 주위에는 고무로 고정된 윈드 캐쳐가 부속. 당시에는 모자를 바람으로 날리거나 움직일 때 떨어지지 않도록 재킷과 셔츠의 꽃 홀에 버튼을 통해 사용되었습니다. 이 윈드 캐처는 실용성뿐만 아니라 자연스럽게 원 포인트로 전체의 인상을 긴축하는 역할도합니다.

스베리에는 식물의 가죽과 줄기, 잎, 열매 등에 포함되는 탄닌 (떡)을 껍질에 스며들게 핥는 제법의 탄닌 태닝을 한 카우레자를 사용. 수축이 적고 견고하고 유용할 정도로 머리 모양에 익숙해져 깊은 색조로 변화합니다.

Today, there are only a handful of factories in Japan that specialize in manufacturing men's hats. This hat is made in one of these rare factories, based on the traditional 1950s American style of stiff, mold-shaped hats. It faithfully inherits the man robust and durable finish.

The material used is a luxurious antelope-finished wool, which is finer and more lustrous than regular wool. Among rabbit fur felts, antelope is considered the highest quality, referring to short-napped rabbit fur that has been brush smooth texture of rabbit fur.
