C/L PREPERA RAILROAD CAP - Black

かつて鉄道員や整備士がユニフォームとして着用していたキャップをモチーフに製作。

着用時、ブリムを上げやすいように、ブリムと本体との間に遊び分の縫い代を取り入れた機能性により、作業をしやすくした当時のデザインをモチーフにした帽子です。

クラウンは6パネルのクレイジーパターンで構成し、縫製はデニムパンツやペインターパンツに使われる巻き縫いのチェーンステッチで強度を高めました。

ボディはコットンリネンのプリペラ生地を採用。
ざっくりとした織り目と表面の凹凸感で爽快感のある風合いです。

内側にサイズ調節テープが付くデザインに仕上げ、3size展開で調節機能付きとなっています。

This cap is inspired by the caps once worn as uniforms by railroad workers and mechanics.

Based on the original design from that era, which was intended to make work easier, this cap features a functional design with extra seam allowance between the brim and the body, allowing the brim to be easily flipped up when worn.

The crown features a 6-panel “crazy pattern,” and the stitching uses a chain stitch—the same type used on denim and painter’s pants—to enhance durability.

The body is made from a cotton-linen “prepela” fabric.
Its loose weave and textured surface give it a refreshing, airy feel.

The design includes an adjustable strap on the inside, offering three sizes with an adjustable fit.
