The material used is domestic vegetable-tanned horsehide.

The material is undyed Japanese-origin horsehide, which is rare worldwide.

Each piece is hand-dyed, cut, and sewn to create the casquette. Each finished casquette has a unique shading and nuance; by manually adding more dye to various parts such the seams and edges, a three-dimensional dyed finish is created. A paper tag, hand-dyed with the same brown dye as the main body, is included separately.

As you wear it, it will deepen in color and develop a unique, one-of-a-kind aged appearance.
