100% wool knit cap.

The small pompoms on the ceiling give it a classic impression, and the ribbed lines add an accent to the catchy design.

Knit caps with pompoms originated from the hats worn by European sailors around the 17th century, and the pompoms acted as sensors to prevent people from hitting their heads on the narrow shore of a ship.

Knitted caps with pompoms became very popular among sailors and are still worn by the French Navy today.

The knit caps we made this time come in three different colors, and we tried out each one to compare them.
