Panama hats come in different grades, which are generally expressed numerically and are determined by the number of fibers per square inch.

The finer and more uniform the stitches, the higher the grade.

The finer the weave, the more flexible and durable the finished product will be.

Grades range from 3 to 32, and this hat is standard grade 6.

Therefore, it is reasonably priced among Panama hats and is a recommended item for your first Panama hat.

Only hats native to Ecuador are allowed to be called Panama hats, and our brand uses hats that are carefully hand-knitted one by one by local artisans, with ribbons and collars attached domestically.
