The base of the cap is the newspaperboys' cap worn by impoverished children who worked as newspaper delivery men during the Great Depression in the 1930s, a time when child labor was a necessity.
It is said that this shape was born when people picked up newsboy caps that adults had discarded at the time and put them on by fastening a thread on the front to make them smaller.
Apparently, at the time, everyone would wear the hat to attract customers and be recognized as a newspaper seller.

DOG produces this newspaper cap with different fabrics each season, but this time we have used cotton linen fabric. It has a light finish and a natural beige color that is perfect for spring and summer.
Also, while we release several types of hunting caps and newsboy caps each season, what sets this one apart is that it has a sharp overall design with less volume on the sides.It can be worn in a similar way to a baseball cap, so even those who are not used to wearing newsboy caps can wear it without feeling uncomfortable.
