First, here is the design of the front part.
It is pronounced AGLOE.
AGLOE is a fictitious place name.
Around 1910, a map company started using a system to quickly detect if another company was plagiarizing their map.
I put a fictitious place name called AGLOE in the Rockland region of New York on a map.
However, once the map began to spread widely, many people began to believe that AGLOE was a real place, and stores with place names like "AGLOE Store" were opened. Also, because fishing was popular in the area, an inn for anglers called "AGLOE Lodge" was built, and the area began to resemble a real town.
In 2008, a novel set in AGLOE was written and then made into a movie, which sparked cultural buzz. Although the area is now mostly abandoned, die-hard fans still visit the place.
It has now been removed, but it is said that it was still displayed on Google Maps until 2014.
With this design background, this hat was completed.
The cap is made of 100% cotton and can be worn all year round.
The silhouette is similar to a mesh cap, with a single front panel.
The front panel is shallow and the back is deep.
Between the crown and brim there is a decorative cord in the same color as each color.
"HW DOG" is embroidered on the back.
Although it is a seemingly simple design incorporating the name of the place,
As mentioned in the first half, this cap has a deep background.
