This week we havethe D-00319 / BOATER , a classic item released every summer season.

This so-called boater hat is made from vintage fine wheat braid.

As the name suggests, BOATER originally originated as a men's hat worn by boat rowers at the time.

From there, it has become popular among women throughout the ages and has established itself as a classic summer hat.

The hat, commonly known as the "Cancan hat" in Japan, is made by hardening it with glue, and when you hit it it makes a clanging sound, which is why it is called the "Cancan hat."

ThisD-00319/BOATER uses an original wooden last that was commissioned to a French wooden last maker based on a vintage BOATER.

Crown height is 10cm

Brim is 7.5-8cm

The lining is made of linen mesh

The ceiling will be designed with a pomade guard.

The ribbon is black, which is the official color of BOATER.

As is the case with most hats, thisD-00319 / BOATER is also vulnerable to humidity, so please be careful about how you store it, especially during the rainy season.
